What Happens To The Fish We Catch?
Just up the street from the Marina is Kuzmans Fish market. For a very nominal fee they will clean your fish, cut it up into steaks or fillets, vacume seal it and then put it on ice for you. They will even send the fish to your home for you if you are just visiting Seattle and dont want the hassel of bringing the fish with you on your plane ride home.
What Species of Salmon Will We Be Catching?
In Seattle, this depends heavily on the season. Chinook (King) salmon are targeted in the summer (June–August) and as “Blackmouth” in the winter.
Will We Be Mooching or Trolling?
Big King SSalmon Charters troll using downriggers and lures to cover a lot of water.
How Far Do We Travel To Find Fish?
One of Seattle’s biggest advantages is proximity. Most fishing grounds are just 5 to 30 minutes from the marina.
