Im trying to keep these first few recipes as simple and tasty as possible so even you knuckleheads can pull it off, This one is as simple an easy as it gets but its really awesome great tasting and will make your girlfriend or date think you know how to cook.
First of all were going to need some fresh dungeness crab meat. The crab meat for this dip came fresh from puget sound near hat island in Everett Washington. Im not going to tell you the exact spot and its inappropriate for you to ask. If your a bad fisherman and dont know how or were to catch Dungeness crab then book a crab trip with me!
Don’t be a cheapskate im giving you this recipe for free what else do you guys want?
First of all you’re going to need a large teflon baking pan or a  ceramic serving dish.
Spray your serving dish with Pam or any other non stick pan coating.
Were going to take our pre cooked and chilled Dungeness crab meat and put in a large mixing bowl
This recipe should make a nice appetizer for 2 couples an total of 4 guests.

  1. Combine all ingredients in your mixing bowl and mix up.Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.Put your dip into your baking pan or ceramic serving dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until it's brown on top and and 155 degrees.put the rest of your green onions on top and sprinkle a little more cayenne pepper on top.For this one you can see i served with tortilla chips but garlic bread would be just as fantastic!This should definitely get you a second date.I hope this helps Bon appetite and see you on the water.
