But don't worry about it i'm here to help with another recipe that will make even you look like a rock star. Today we are going to be cooking Crab stuffed Puget sound spot prawns that we just caught today. First of all i would like to thank the Washington state department of fish and wildlife for allowing us peasant's another day to spot prawn fish.Thats 2 days this year.Last year we got 1 day.Thank you for the extra day your lordships we peasants really appreciate it! Ok so let's start with some nice Puget sound spot prawns we got ours off Whidbey island on the second day of prawn fishing,if you can't catch prawns for some reason book a charter with me net year you cheap skate.Clean and devein your prawns. let's make our crab stuffing Combine in a mixing bowl 2 pounds fresh cooked and chilled Dungeness crab meat. 3 teaspoons old bay seasonings 1/2 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced onion 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 3/4 cups panko bread crumbs 2 cups best food mayonnaise 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 egg yokes 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Combine all and mix together stuff your prawns with as much as you can get in them,Bake your prawns at 350.00 degrees till done and sprinkle fresh grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top. These prawns go great with anything but you really cant go wrong with rice and some nice grilled asparagus.A great wine for this would be a good pinot Grigio or sauvignon blanc. Please don't go cheap on the wine you're trying to impress this girl! Well I hope this helps out.Ill see you all anĀ  the water Sincerely Captain Chris.
