Here with another Seafood recipe for you sad boys and girls that don't know how to cook,
Since today was opening day for Puget sound spot prawns I thought id give you a real easy recipe for you that even you knuckle heads cant mess up.
Before i get started id like to thank the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife for putting a thumb up our butt again this year and giving us a 1 day 4 hour season on spot prawns again this year.

Instructions
First of all your going to have to catch some spot prawns.
if you don't know how to then book a charter you cheapskate.
Where going to do a simple garlic white whine prawn sauté and serve it over linguini with garlic cream sauce
Lets take your prawns about 20 cleaned and deveined.
Don't ask me how to clean a prawn you supposed to be a fisherman.
You should know this!
Get your self a nice sauté pan and add
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.
2 teaspoon freshly chopped garlic,
through your prawns in the sauté pan.
When the prawns start to cook and simmer
add the garlic and let it turn slightly brown.
add 1/4 cup White whine and 2 table spoons of butter.
Let this reduce and thicken.
In a separate pan cook your linguini noodles.
In a seperate pan ,make your Garlic cream sauce.
take 1 teaspoon garlic
1teaspoon extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic till brown.
1/4 cup white whine and reduce down.
Add 1 1/2 cup heavy cream and reduce until it gets to a nice sauce.
drain your linguine and mix in the sauce.
take your Prawns and pour them on top of the linguini,
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and some good Parmesian Cheese,
Garlic bread goes great with this dish.
This recipe should serve 2 you and your date if you've got one.
