The coho salmon season in Seattle typically runs from July to September, but the best time to fish for them is in August. This is when the fish are at their largest and most plentiful.

Places to fish for Coho Salmon

There are a few different places where you can fish for coho salmon in Seattle. Charters are available throughout the Seattle Edmunds area and are very popular for locals and tourists alike.

A popular spot for coho salmon fishing in Seattle is the Edmonds Pier. This pier is located on the north side of Puget Sound, and it is a great place to fish for coho salmon from shore.
