Bottom Fish

Bottom fish can be found Year round throughout Pudget Sound.  There are many species of bottom fish to be found,  some of the most popular are cod, Sea Bass and snapper just to name a few.

to fish for bottom fis Captain Chris will find a submerged rock pile that gives structure and protection for these fish.  Once over the rock pile you will drop you jig and start twitching your rod.  You will quickly find out if there are fish around.

In many cases the boat will limit out on bottom fish within 15-30 minutes, with many double and triple hookups at a time.

bottom Fishing is a lot of fun and is a great sport for those just getting into fishing.
